Padmasana (Lotus Posture)
With Jenny's focus on wellness in both her personal and professional life she
appreciates the benefits of yoga and a variety of styles that include classical
hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, kundalini and yin.    She has been practicing yoga
for ten years and has the Registered Yoga Teacher certification through the
Yoga Alliance.
