I - Intention: This is your idea, goal or dream. Initially this can be vague and the best way to get results is to move on to the following
steps.
C - Clarity: Lots of different techniques can be used to bring about clarity. Without clarity you can lack motivation to move forward.
You can also waste time and money by going in the wrong direction. This is where life coaching provides significant value.
A - Action: This is what makes people successful. You cannot be afraid to act. And with a good action plan from the Clarity-Step
this can be very rewarding!
N - Next Steps: If you got great results then you probably have a new goal you want to work on. And if you didn't get great results this
is when you can learn from the past actions and move forward from there. Look at it like learning a new musical instrument or
sport. Practice makes perfect!
Think "I can!", not "I can't because...". Learning to
focus on what you can, or want in your life is
much more rewarding. There is not need to
focus on what you can't, or do not want.
